At your own paceA structured interview covering ADHD symptoms in childhood and adulthood, and how they affect different areas of your life. Conducted by video.
Approx. 1.5–2 hours · By videoYour results are reviewed and a written report is prepared. You'll then have a feedback session where everything is explained in plain language, including next steps such as titration if medication is appropriate.
Report within [X] weeksThe DIVA-5 benefits from input by someone who knew you in childhood — usually a parent — but, unlike the autism assessment, this isn't a strict requirement. If nobody is available, mention this on your initial call and we'll talk through what the assessment would involve without one.
